About Us
The Cottage and Nes are self-catering, with all cutlery, crockery and utensils provided. Bed linen is also provided, so all you need to bring on your holiday is food, drink, toiletries, and beach towels. Parking is available under cover off the edge of the road. Free WiFi and TV (with NetFlix & YouTube) are provided.
Please note the Cottage sleeps a maximum of FOUR persons, while the Nes sleeps a maximum of TWO persons.
The Cottage and the Nes can be rented separately, or as a whole unit sleeping a maximum of SIX persons. Each unit has its own parking and separate entrance, and there are no inter-leading doors between the two units.
In the event of loadshedding, lighting, WiFi and TV's remain working !

Cottage Main Bedroom
The Cottage main bedroom has a queen bed with reading lamps and generous cupboard space. All bed-linen is provided. Electric blankets are available in the winter, as well as additional blankets. The en-suite bathroom provides a shower, wash basin and toilet. Towels are provided, but guests are kindly asked to refrain from taking these towels to the beach - please bring your own beach towels.
Cottage Lounge
The Cottage lounge is equipped with stack doors leading onto the covered veranda/stoep. These doors create the inside/outside spacious feeling. The built-in braai can be used both when the doors are open, as well as with the doors closed in the event of poor weather.
A small TV is provided with a media box that has NetFlix and YouTube, as well as other Apps. You can cast to this from your laptop/tablet/phone.
Free WiFi is available throughout the Cottage - you will be provided with the password on arrival.
Cottage Second Bedroom
The Cottage second bedroom has two single beds with bedside tables and lamps, plus a small cupboard. Bed-linen is provided, as well as additional blankets for the winter. The family bathroom has a shower, wash basin and toilet.
Cottage Kitchen
The Cottage kitchen contains all the necessary cutlery, crockery, and cooking utensils, along with much storage space. A fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, coffee maker, microwave, and electric stove are provided. There is also a two-burner gas hob with kettle for use during loadshedding. The scullery is equipped with sink and draining board, and also contains a dish washer and washing machine. A washing line is located outside the back door.
Nes Upstairs Bedroom
The Nes bedroom is located upstairs, and has a double brass bed with side tables, reading lamps, and a cupboard. There is a great view of the beach and ocean. There is a dressing table with mirror. All bed-linen is provided. Electric blankets, as well as additional blankets are provided in winter.
Nes Downstairs Lounge
The Nes downstairs lounge has a sliding door leading out to the beach road. There is a large built-in braai.
A small TV is provided with a media box that has NetFlix and YouTube, as well as other Apps. You can cast to this from your laptop/tablet/phone.
Free WiFi is available throughout the Nes - you will be provided with the password on arrival.
Nes Downstairs Bathroom
The Nes has a large downstairs bathroom which provides a shower, wash basin and toilet. Towels are provided, but guests are kindly asked to refrain from taking these towels to the beach - please bring your own beach towels.
Nes Upstairs Sitting Area
The Nes sitting area is in front of the sliding windows with two armchairs, and views of the beach and ocean. The sliding window leads out onto a balcony deck. A safety barrier is available if required for the sliding window.
Nes Downstairs Kitchenette
The Nes downstairs kitchenette contains all the necessary cutlery, crockery and cooking utensils. A fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster, microwave and two-plate electric hob are provided. There is a sink and draining board. There is also a small gas stove with kettle for use during loadshedding.
Amenities
The St. Helena Bay Hotel is 1km away, and a Spar supermarket and OK supermarket are also located less than 2kms away. Both the Spar and OK have bottle stores, and there is a garage at the OK. ATM's are located at both the shopping centres. A Mica hardware shop is located a further 500m after the OK.
Nearby eateries include De Palm restaurant, the See Ster restaurant, the Alegria restaurant, JP's restaurant, and the hotel also provides meals.
